Previously, Fabien spent more than 20 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in various leading positions including recruiting, coaching, training, team management and business development. After graduating in Business Studies at St. John’s University (New York), Fabien obtained an International MBA and a DBA at the International School of Management (New York and Paris). Sharing his time between the USA and Europe, Fabien plays golf and is an accomplished skier. BACK TO TOP Nicolas MILONAS Co-Founder and Chairman Acropolis Associates USA Co-Founder and President Acropolis Associates China As Executive Vice President, Nicolas co-manages Acropolis-Associates with Fabien since its foundation in 1999. Nicolas has over 30 years professional experience in international business. As Senior Sales Executive for the British and American Tobacco Group (BAT) he was responsible for the EMEA zone, the Arabian Gulf and the African continent. He then focused his business talent in the media and communications sector. Nicolas graduated in Business Management Studies at the University of Paris IX Dauphine, which he completed by an International MBA at the International School of Management (New York and Paris). As CEO China and VP Asia of Acropolis-Associates, Nicolas has been living in Shanghai on a full-time basis for the last 14 years. Nicolas is an amateur photographer, an accomplished skier, and is fond of new technologies and passionate by new China history. BACK TO TOP Suzy MA Vice President in charge of Education Director of Employment and Placements Co-Founder and VP Acropolis Associates China China Suzy has an extensive experience in Human Resources and Education. Based in France for 11 years, she ran an international trading company between Europe and China. She then returned to China and helped in the establishment of the Management School of Lyon (EM Lyon), thereon responsible for the promotion and recruitment of the EM Lyon Alumni China Club. She is now the official representative of the Grenoble Institute of Management in China (IAE Grenoble). Suzy obtained an MA in Education (Sciences de l’Education) in France, which she completed by the France Shanghai MBA (provided by a consortium of French business schools comprising EM Lyon, Grenoble Ecole de Management, IAE Grenoble, and IAE Lyon). Suzy is responsible for overall Education activities as well as managing employment policies, placement and outplacement activities in China. Suzy enjoys traveling in Asia and Europe, is fond of fashion and a fine gourmet of international cuisine. BACK TO TOP
